CELEBRITY auctioneer Natasha Raskin Sharp has thrown her support behind Maggie’s Aberdeen’s annual festive art auction, which takes place this Sunday (December 4).
The Bargain Hunt and Celebrity Antiques Road Trip star will bring her enthusiasm and years of experience to the Marischal Square event, which aims to raise money to help provide support and advice to local people with cancer, as well as their loved ones, many of whom are struggling with the added worry of paying their bills this winter.

Richard Stewart, Maggie’s Aberdeen Fundraising Manager, said: “We are proud to once again be running our popular art event to help raise money for those who need it most this winter. We are delighted to have Natasha bring her expert knowledge to the event, and I am sure everyone in attendance will appreciate the experience she will bring.
“The cost of living crisis continues to negatively impact visitors to our centre, and we are seeing more people express their concerns about how the increasing costs will impact their treatment journey.
“We rely on our extraordinary supporters to help make events like this a success. We appreciate this is a challenging time for so many, so we’re grateful to have a strong community supporting us.
“We have already had a lot of interest in the online auction, and look forward to seeing supporters old and new at the exhibition on Sunday.”
An online catalogue for the Art Auction is already live and can be viewed at www.exhibitauctions.co.uk/maggies-festive-art-auction/ with the event itself opening at 12.30pm ahead of the live auction at 2pm.
