Bon Accord, the complete home improvement specialists, has received outstanding feedback from a survey conducted by the Consumer Protection Association (CPA).

The survey, which relates to performance in the first 3 months of 2017, was carried out independently by the CPA on behalf of Bon Accord’s customers.

Among the highlights, in which the prominent local business received top marks in all categories, was the score for the “recommend business” category, which saw 98% of respondents saying they would.

Bryan Kinghorn, Operations Manager at Bon Accord said: “These survey results are a testament to the hard-work of our staff and our commitment to providing only the very best of service to our customers.”

In addition to the recommendation score, the survey also showed over 85% rated the company’s performance as either excellent or very good.

Bryan continued: “Bon Accord has been serving the local community for over 40 years with our offering expanding to encompass; kitchens, extensions, garage doors and more. Windows and doors will always be at our core but these additional services certainly offer our customers a more complete home improvement solution.”

The CPA carries out a survey every quarter on any business offering insurance backed guarantees as part of their service with their purpose to ensure that the highest standards of professionalism, quality and service are maintained by all its members.
