Boskalis Subsea Services has entered into a Preferred Partnership Frame Agreement with Anasuria Operating Company (AOC), marking a significant step in strengthening collaboration across North Sea offshore operations.
The agreement establishes a long-term framework designed to enhance efficiency and coordination across inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM), decommissioning, and construction activities. By aligning expertise and resources, both companies aim to deliver more streamlined planning, improved operational flexibility and seamless execution across AOC’s offshore asset portfolio.
Central to the partnership is the introduction of a dedicated project team and a forward-planning approach. This structure is intended to provide greater visibility over upcoming work scopes while ensuring safe and reliable offshore operations.
The agreement was implemented in April 2026, with the first workscope under the framework scheduled to mobilise in September 2026.
