Aberdeen-based business management consultancy FidesOak® has announced a new partnership with Allelys, one of the UK’s most respected heavy lift, specialist transport and installation project providers.

Founded in the 1950s and still family owned, Allelys has grown into a national operation employing around 200 people across the UK. As the business continues to grow, its leadership team is taking a proactive and thoughtful approach to ensuring its performance is supported by strong, sustainable cultural foundations.

FidesOak® has been engaged to deliver a High Performing Team Assessment, designed to understand how Allelys’ current culture and behaviours influence day-to-day performance, and where opportunities for improvement may exist. The assessment will include a full workforce culture survey, focus groups and one-to-one interviews with teams across the organisation.

A FIdesOak® spokesman said:

“From early engagement with Managing Director David Allely and the leadership team, it is clear that Allelys is a business rooted in loyalty, care and long-standing relationships. These qualities are seen not just as part of its past, but as essential to shaping its future. By taking time to reflect on how culture is currently experienced, from the boardroom to the front line, Allelys is demonstrating a commitment to leading with intent and strengthening performance through its people.

At FidesOak®, we believe that High Performing Cultures start with High Performing Teams. We look forward to supporting Allelys as they continue to grow with clarity, cohesion and confidence.”
