FAMILY-owned Thai restaurant, Chaophraya, is opening its doors for Aberdeen mothers to unwind and enjoy the restaurant’s offerings.

Chaophraya Aberdeen is set to host an evening event this month for local mothers looking to meet other new parents.

Priced at £25 per person, the relaxed networking event will serve the restaurant’s unique afternoon tea offering and each attendee will receive a local business goodie bag.

Located in the heart of Aberdeen, on the corner of Union Street, Chaophraya Aberdeen boasts a modern Thai dining experience with traditional and characterful surroundings, and delicious flavours from the beating heart of Thailand.

Napat at Chaophraya Aberdeen, said: “We’re really excited to welcome Aberdeen mums into the restaurant for this event. As covid restrictions have now been lifted, we think it’s important that new Mums have the opportunity to get together and interact with one another in the local community. It’s going to be a great evening filled with the finest Thai food and the chance for local mums to exchange their thoughts and experiences on all things parenting.”

The event will be held on Thursday 30rd June from 7:30pm to 10pm and Aberdeen mothers will have the chance to enjoy popular items from Chaophraya’s A La Carte menu. The carefully curated menu is filled with the likes of the ever-popular chicken satay, traditional prawn tempura and a selection of the finest Thai desserts.

To book onto the event, or to book a table visit the Chaophraya website. Chaophraya recommends booking tables in advance, to avoid disappointment, with a few tables available for walk ins, on a first come first serve basis. For tables up to 10 guests, bookings can be made online. For groups of 11 or more, please contact the restaurant to place an enquiry.
