Local charity Charlie House, a charity that engages in activities & projects to support children with complex disabilities & life-limiting conditions has appointed Susan Crighton as director of fundraising.
Susan joins Charlie House with a wealth of experience following 13 years as fundraising manager at CLAN Cancer Support. Susan was tasked with raising £2.5 million per year to offer CLAN services free of charge to its clients.

Sorcha Hume, general manager of Charlie House, says, “We are very happy to welcome Susan to the team. She brings with her a wealth of experience from the charity and fundraising sector and will be invaluable to us as a local charity.
“We rely heavily on fundraising to enable us to offer activities to our families. Susan will also be instrumental in assisting us as we progress with our Big Build Appeal for our proposed specialist care centre for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.”
