Westhill-based Vulcan Completion Products (VCP) has secured work worth $15 million since the beginning of this year including a multimillion-dollar contract with a supermajor in the Caspian region.

Closer to home, the upturn in business has been expedited by the creation of multiple distributor relationships which have been set up throughout Europe to ensure comprehensive coverage for the region, a strategy which recently led to successful entry to the North Sea for a major client.

On the back of these agreements, the company is working hard to increase UK-based inventory levels to ensure efficient delivery of products and services to a client base which is simultaneously growing at home and overseas.

Specialising in design, manufacture and application, VCP draws on more than a century of combined industry experience to offer bespoke, innovative and ground-breaking solutions to explore new frontiers in application-based engineering solutions around the world. From centralisation, reamer and guide shoes to float equipment, cement plugs, stop collars and cable protectors VCP’s emphasis lies firmly on being a quality service provider, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Commenting on the success of 2019 to date, Vulcan Completion Products’ founder Ian Kirk said: “Our Phazer range of centralisers and our Probe reamer shoe are in demand across the world because customers are increasingly attracted to the innovative solutions and fresh approach we bring to the table.”

“The success of the year to date stands us in good stead as we look to the future and prepare ourselves for the next phase of our ambitious global growth plans.”
