ABERDEEN-based White Cube Consulting, specialist in HR, recruitment, training and development, has been appointed as official distributor for Belbin products and services throughout Scotland.

Designed and developed in 1969, the Belbin Team Roles model is a profiling tool, dedicated to identifying behavioural strengths and weaknesses in the workplace.

Campbell Urquhart, White Cube Consulting managing director, has been accredited to provide Belbin Reports and training for over 20 years.

Mr Urquhart said: “The past 12 months have brought some genuinely unforeseen changes to the workplace across most industry sectors, and I think we are all well aware of the far-ranging effects this has had, from both a positive and negative perspective. As we begin to move out of the pandemic, it is now more vital than ever for employers to understand the behaviours and dynamics within their team, as we continue to adjust to new ways of working.

“Designed to improve performance across many aspects of business, from recruitment and people management to communication, Belbin Reports can be of critical importance at this juncture. By providing a sound understating of the behavioural profile of team members, it allows for better informed role allocation and can deliver more effective and efficient team performance.”
