With festivalgoers enjoying drinks from the craft beer ‘Big Top Tent’, a ‘Baby Big Top’ craft gin tent and finishing off with a Bottega Prosecco bar, there’s a craft drink for every taste.

The inaugural event has secured an eclectic mix of music, with acts including The Banjo Lounge 4, Dope Sick Fly, The Smokin’ Bugler Band, Darth Elvis and the Imperials, The Capollos, The Ruckus and SUPA & Da Kryptonites already confirmed.

And if you’re looking for a team night out or some client entertainment with a difference, the VIP package has it all. As well as exclusive access to the festival and the bar, five drinks and a reserved table, Sessions has also teamed up with The Store and Angus & Oink to provide corporate guests with a selection of tasty treats.

Dusk co-founder Wil Aitken said: “Aberdeen City and Shire plays host to a number of successful festivals, which is in part thanks to the emergence of local breweries and distillers which have really put the North-east of Scotland on the map.

“We’re thrilled to launch Sessions Festival, and know how many local businesses are looking for something different to attend. The VIP package is the perfect option for businesses, sports teams, or even just groups of friends who are looking for a fun night out.

“We’re also really pleased that we’re able to support so many local suppliers who are the life blood to Aberdeen’s economy, whilst hosting what is sure to be a fantastic couple of days for event revelers goers.”

Three Sessions will be hosted over the two days, taking place on Friday evening (7pm – 12midnight), Saturday afternoon (1pm – 6pm) and Saturday evening (7pm – 12midnight).
