KNIGHT Property Group have acquired the 5.2 acre Tyseal base, situated in Aberdeen’s West Tullos Industrial Estate.

The site, which consists of approximately twenty units, will now be demolished after the company secured consent to remove the buildings which have become “dilapidated, outdated and not fit for purpose”.

Demolition works will take approximately four months to complete and Knight is currently considering its options for the site in the future.

James Barrack, Knight Property Group managing director, said: “We are excited to commence the demolition and site clearance of the Tyseal base.

“We know this side of the city very well, having recently completed developments for Tesla at Wellington Circle and also Altens Trade Park which is home to a multi-let industrial development.

“We are keen to take stock of the options available to us while demolition works are progressing and consider what will be the best fit for the site.”
