The Xeretec Group, which operates as Xeretec Scotland in the area, recently received the Xerox ‘Production Partner Of The Year’ and for the second year running, the highest award available, the Xerox ‘Partner Of The Year’, at the annual Xerox Partner Ceremony in London.
The prestigious Partner of the Year award, which Xeretec has now won four times over the years, is in recognition of its continued outstanding performance during 2014/15, along with its work ethic, excellence in customer service and its technical and industry knowledge.
Xeretec Scotland has 85 employees across its six Scottish bases in Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Elgin.
Managing director of Xeretec Scotland, John Sheran, said: “The whole Xeretec group is delighted to have retained this esteemed title for the second year in a row. As the business has grown, we have continued to improve our overall service and this award further recognises the team’s hard work and dedication behind the scenes to provide our customers with the highest quality customer service and products.”
Managing director of Xeretec Group, Steve Hawkins, said: “2014 will be remembered as a landmark and transformative year for Xeretec. Winning the Premier Partner of the Year and Production Partner of the Year awards provides an external validation of our exemplary focus on our customers, our behaviour, our ethics and the skills and knowledge of our workforce. It is great recognition for us that in a period of rapid growth and change, Xeretec has remained true to its core values. Rest assured, we aren’t letting the continued success go to our heads. We see this as key building block and will continue to invest in our team to ensure we remain focussed on the right area that matters the most – our customers.”
The Xeretec group is currently Xerox’s largest premier partner within the UK and Ireland, and one of the largest managed print service providers in the UK, with offices across the whole of the UK and Ireland, including Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness, Elgin, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Wokingham, London, Birmingham, Dublin and Galway, and a combined team of 220 employees across the group.
The group has experienced a 25% growth in Xerox office and production equipment sales in the last year alone, and recently expanded its footprint in the UK, opening a new London office at Beaufort House in the heart of the city, to better serve the print needs of the capital’s diverse and established business communities.
