DYW North East issues rallying call ahead of results day

30/07/2024

AS young people throughout Scotland prepare to receive their exam results on August 6, Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) North East is urging organisations and individuals to share the message that there is #NoWrongPath to success.

Now in its eighth year, #NoWrongPath is a social media movement which aims to educate and inspire young people about the career options available to them, while providing reassurance that their results and current circumstances do not necessarily define their future.

“The messaging of the #NoWrongPath campaign is as important as ever,” says Margo Milne, Director, DYW North East. “As well as providing inspiration and reassurance to young people receiving their results, the campaign is a great opportunity for professionals from all backgrounds to raise awareness of the opportunities and pathways that exist within their industry sector.

“Getting involved is simple. I would urge everyone to take a few minutes to do so on August 6th.”
