GLOBAL energy services group Three60 has bolstered its team with the appointment of Matthew Christie as business development director for its Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPC&C) service line.
He joins the business following a series of major contract wins, and will spearhead the firm’s domestic and international growth strategy across key regions, including the UK, Norway and South East Asia.

Matthew, who has previously worked for Acteon Group and Schlumberger, will be responsible for the continued growth and development of the newly-merged engineering, construction and commissioning divisions within the group, with a focus on providing a fully integrated offering across the project lifecycle and energy mix.
He said: “With the ongoing challenges posed by COVID-19, and the transition to a net zero economy, there has never been a more important time for the services and solutions Three60 Energy provides.
“I look forward meeting new and existing customers, and supporting the realisation of the ambitions for the EPC&C business, both here in the UK and overseas.”
In November, Three60 announced a multi-million-pound deal to provide duty holder services for Norwegian firm DNO’s two assets in the UK North Sea.
Alasdair Smith, Three60 Energy managing director, said: “Last year was our most successful to date and Matthew joins us at a particularly exciting stage in our organisation’s journey.
“He has shown a continuous drive and enthusiasm to deliver value to clients throughout his career, and has an excellent track record of understanding and responding to their needs.”
