ABERDEEN-BASED business applications support firm, Escone Solutions, has announced strategic changes to its Senior Leadership Team, reflecting the company’s commitment to nurturing talent from within.
Amanda Forsyth, who joined Escone’s helpdesk support team in 2022 as a Business Applications Support Analyst, has been promoted to the Senior Leadership Team. Amanda’s journey within Escone has been marked by her dedication and expertise. In April 2023, she was appointed Support Lead, overseeing the Escone Assist team. Her elevation to the four-strong Senior Leadership Team underscores her continued growth within the company.

Simultaneously, Alice Cassie, one of Escone’s longest-serving team members, has taken on the role of Head of Consultancy. Alice joined Escone nearly seven years ago as a graduate from The Robert Gordon University. Over the years, she has steadily climbed the ranks, earning several promotions for her outstanding contributions to the company.
These appointments highlight Amanda and Alice’s invaluable contributions to Escone as the company expands both its business operations and team, covering the North-east and the wider UK.
Escone Solutions, co-founded in 2015 by Directors Mike Charles and Kevin Wyness, has experienced significant growth, with its headcount reaching 14. In the past year alone, four new team members joined, necessitating a move to larger, more fitting office premises.
The company’s growth trajectory received a further boost earlier this year with the announcement of new and renewed business contracts exceeding £500,000. These contracts reinforce Escone’s growth plans across diverse sectors, including transport, food and drink, housing, and oil and gas.
