BUSINESS software specialist Escone Solutions has launched a new product – Finance BI – designed to streamline and improve financial reporting practices for clients.
The Finance Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards are designed to help customers of the Aberdeen-based company get the most out of their financial application software.

The dashboards will provide clients with financial data at regular intervals throughout the day, reducing the need to spend valuable working time generating, manipulating, and running large reports. In comparison, Finance BI will do the hard work for the client, allowing the dashboards to be user-friendly and easy to understand while retaining extremely detailed financial data.
Development of the dashboards has taken place over the past 12 months by a team of in-house specialists, including Lewis Crawford, Business Applications Support Analyst.
Lewis explained: “Finance BI will benefit any company that currently relies on data-heavy reports, ensuring critical financial information is available at a glance. The dashboards run on the Intuitive Business Intelligence platform; we also manage its support desk, so we have a well-rounded understanding of the components that have allowed us to get the best out of the application.
“We are about to launch the first commercial application of the dashboards, although we have thoroughly tested in-house and deployed several client demonstrations using client data. The new dashboards will be available to all our clients, with the potential to save both time and money by drastically cutting reporting times.”
