ABERDEEN-headquartered, digital twin technology specialists, Eserv have secured a 3-year contract with Neptune Energy that will enable their digital twin software, AS-TEG™ to scale across the Operator’s global operations.

AS-TEG™ provides a contextualised digital twin proven to enable specialist engineering, integrity and maintenance experts the ability to carry out a significant amount of their traditional work from the desktop onshore, reducing the cost and environmental impacts associated with travelling to site.

The deal supersedes an existing UK framework agreement between Eserv and Neptune Energy which has been in place since 2020 and has seen AS-TEG™ be successfully deployed across five offshore platforms in the UKCS and Dutch Sector of the North Sea. The new framework will allow the global Neptune Energy operation to access Eserv’s technology and support services moving forward.

Dan Millard, CEO of Eserv said: “Neptune Energy were early adopters of our technology and have been very supportive of our development to build advanced computer vision capabilities that will support offshore and onshore process facilities, reduce onsite carbon footprint and lower integrity risks associated to brownfield assets.

Our AS-TEG™ digital twin capability has become well established within the Neptune Energy UK & NL operations and we are delighted to have entered into this new agreement that will give Eserv access to scale out globally”.

Eserv recently secured new office space for its headquarters on Queens Road, Aberdeen following a number of new contract wins globally and subsequent team expansion bringing their total head count to over 40.
