NORTH East Black Ethnic Minorities (NEBEM) has proudly launched its Togetherness & Meal Initiative. This is an exciting new program designed to foster connection and alleviate feelings of isolation and loneliness in the community. This impactful event was made possible through the generous support of the Arnold Clark Community Fund.
The Togetherness & Meal Initiative brings people from all walks of life together, providing a welcoming space for individuals to share meals and meaningful conversations. In an age where social isolation is becoming more prevalent, NEBEM aims to create an inclusive environment that encourages community bonding and mutual support.
Engr. Anthony Anyika, Founder of North East Black Ethnic Minorities, shared his thoughts on the initiative:
“The Togetherness & Meal Initiative is more than just an event; it’s a powerful step towards reconnecting our communities. We believe that through the simple act of sharing a meal, we can foster mutual understanding, reduce loneliness, and promote a sense of belonging for everyone. We are deeply grateful to the Arnold Clark Community Fund for supporting us in this mission.”
