Get Active & Free Your Mind with Dean Stott, ex-British Special Forces.

In 2010 Dean suffered a life changing accident which not only halted his career but also meant he had to change his whole vocation in order to support his young family. This dramatic turn of events presented a host of mind consuming challenges.

Dean is now taking on his biggest challenge to date, a world record attempt cycling the Pan American Highway, in support of Heads Together, a charity fronted up by Prince Harry, Dean’s good friend. Dean’s challenge will see him cycle 14,000 miles across the length of North and South America.

Aberdeen based Dean is passionate about helping others by sharing his story and raising awareness of mental health issues.

Hear more from the man himself at this lunch & learn. A light buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided. Proceeds from ticket sales go to the amazing charaties supported by Heads Together.
