Families and house hunters across the North East of Scotland are invited to a free festive post-Christmas family fun afternoon hosted by one of the region’s leading homebuilders, Bancon Homes, on Sunday 28 December.

The Valely View show home in Milltimber will open from 10am, with a special family fun afternoon running from midday until 3pm, featuring face painters, glitter tattoos, balloon modelling, and character entertainment provided by children’s entertainment company, Your Love Rara, along with pizza from Haydn’s Woodfire Pizza Truck.

Visitors will have the chance to tour Valley View’s luxury four and five-bedroom homes, including the stunning four-bedroom Devonshire show home, expertly designed by Scottish interior designer Eileen Kesson of Envision, along with the four-bedroom Larch and Louisville homes.

With new homes ready to move into from the New Year, the Bancon sales team will be on hand to offer support and advice about the buying journey, as well as part exchange and Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT)contributions. Visitors can also take advantage of Bancon’s New Year offer, which allows buyers to reserve a home with a reduced reservation fee, helping them start the year in a new home.
