Scottish Commercial Property Consultants FG Burnett has announced a key appointment within its Commercial Property Valuation Department. Emma Gilbert will join the Aberdeen-based business as an Associate Director. Emma, a dual graduate of Aberdeen and the Robert Gordon Universities has specialised in commercial agency and valuation and is tasked with the continued growth of the Valuation Department working with the existing team led by Head of Valuation and Rating, Richard Foster.

Managing Director Richard Noble commented: “Emma is an experienced, highly motivated and dedicated Chartered Surveyor with strong communication and analytical skills. We are delighted that she has chosen to become part of the FGB team”.

Richard Foster, Head of Rating and Valuation added: “I am thrilled that Emma is joining our team after building a strong reputation in the North East of Scotland.
