Last year, former principal of North East Scotland College, Rob Wallen, was handed this accolade for his outstanding contribution to the region.
Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce chief executive Russell Borthwick said: “These awards allow us to recognise and commend the expertise, innovation and success of businesses across the region and our finalists this year really demonstrate they have what it takes to rise to the challenge during uncertain economic times.
“I am encouraged by the quality, quantity and breadth of this year’s entries which tells us that organisations of all shapes and sizes have real pride in their achievements and their people. We have some truly outstanding businesses in the North-east and hope to see the business community come together in October to celebrate what makes our region the economic powerhouse that it is.”
