Fintech Recruitment Solutions add consultant to team to assist with growth plans

Fintech Recruitment Solutions has bolstered its team with the hiring of a new Consultant to the business to support its continuing growth within the IT and Finance Sectors.

Jess Stephen will be joining Joint Managing Directors Craig Mackenzie and Kris Stuart in their Aberdeen office, and in particular focussing on Temporary and Contract opportunities from entry to mid-level, an area which has seen a significant rise in demand over recent months.

Since graduating with RGU in Management and Marketing, Jess has gained a range of experience in the Recruitment sector, having spent time both in an agency and internal setting, as well as her most recent role with DYW, where she was employed as an Employer Schools Coordinator, with the remit of increasing employment opportunities of school leavers by engaging with local and regional employers to improve the opportunities available for young people.

Joint Managing Director, Craig Mackenzie, said: “Jess’ appointment comes at a time when the business is seeing an increase in demand across the Accounting and IT spaces, and hiring someone of her experience became an obvious move at a time where we aim to continue our growth, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to our clients who have supported us in this first year of business.”

Commenting on her appointment, Ms Stephen added: “I am delighted to be joining Fintech at this time, Kris and Craig hold a wealth of experience within IT and Finance; and with the pick up in the local market I am looking forward to working alongside them in supporting a range of clients with the requirements that they have.”
