Infinity Partnership has won at a national awards event in London for the third time in three weeks.
The Aberdeen-based accountancy and business advisory firm won four awards at the 2018 IRIS Customer Awards – just weeks after winning at the British Accountancy Awards and the Accounting Excellence Awards.
At the Iris Customer Awards, Infinity landed Firm of the Year (medium-sized practice) and Bureau/Outsource Service Firm of the year, while client manager Greg Houston won Accountant of the Year. Gail McShane, accounts assistant, won Graduate/Trainee of the Year. Infinity was also shortlisted in the Practice Manager, Client Excellence, Advisory and Partner of the Year categories.
Simon Cowie, managing partner at Infinity Partnership, said: “This latest success is a fantastic achievement for everyone at Infinity Partnership. The fact we won team and individual awards highlights the level of talent within the business. We’re a modern accountancy services firm with a proactive customer approach and this has been recognised with six awards in the past three weeks.”
Infinity won the Independent Firm of the Year (Scotland, Northern Ireland & North England) for the third time in four years at the 2018 British Accountancy Awards. It was also shortlisted in two other categories. The business won the Small Practice of the Year accolade at the 2018 Accounting Excellence Awards, where Simon collected the award from TV presenter and Countdown co-host Rachel Riley.
An ACCA-platinum approved employer for trainee development, Infinity is recognised for its accountancy, research and development tax relief, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance expertise, in particular in the oil and gas sector. The business recently moved to new offices double the size of its previous premises to cope with increased demand for its services. Infinity, based on Carden Place, has a team of 20.
