Fraserburgh-based Colaren Homes has beaten off stiff competition to be named as “Development of the Year 2018” in the 11-50 units North category for their Kirkton Heights housing development in Fraserburgh.

The announcement was made at the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards which celebrates the best developments covered by Premier Guarantee schemes across the whole of the UK. Colaren Homes are now amongst a select group of housebuilders who have taken home a prestigious Excellence Award.
The ceremony was held at the Heron Tower in London on Thursday 18 October and the award was presented to Colaren Homes by BBC presenter Dan Walker.
In presenting Colaren Homes with the highly-coveted award, Premier Guarantee’s judging panel said: “If you want to see timber-frame construction at its best, then visit Scotland and Colaren Homes. Colaren are producing stunning properties at their Kirkton Heights development in Fraserburgh.
