Get ready to relive the coffeehouse memories and hilarious mishaps of one of television’s most beloved sitcoms as Friends! The Musical Parody arrives at Aberdeen’s His Majesty’s Theatre from Tuesday 17 to Saturday 21 March.

Packed with iconic moments from all ten seasons of the much-loved series and featuring an entirely original musical score, this stage show follows the escapades of everyone’s favourite six New Yorkers – Rachel, Ross, Monica, Chandler, Joey and Phoebe – as they navigate friendship, love and life’s ups and downs in 1990s Manhattan.

Aberdeen Performing Arts Chief Executive, Sharon Burgess, said: “Fans of the iconic 90s TV show will love this stage production, with an instantly recognisable set and characters taking us on a whistle-stop tour of all the most loved and best remembered moments from Friends. Expect nostalgic, feel-good fun!”

From the producers of Hairspray and the director of The Full Monty, the musical blends familiar storylines and characters with laugh-out-loud comedy and catchy tunes, offering a night of pure entertainment for devoted fans and newcomers alike.

The talented cast includes Enzo Benvenuti (The Devil May Care, Southwark Borough Playhouse) as Ross, Alicia Belgrade (GREASE, UK & Ireland Tour) as Monica, Daniel Parkinson (Jersey Boys, Trafalgar Theatre) as Chandler, Eva Hope (Snow White and the Seven Elves) as Rachel, Ronnie Burden (GREASE, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line) as Joey, and Amelia Atherton (SIX The Musical, Vaudeville Theatre) as Phoebe. Edward Leigh (Shrek, Apollo Theatre Hammersmith) rounds out the company as Gunther, Tom Selleck and Paolo, alongside Lottie Lester and Meg Darcy as female ensemble covers, and Jared Thompson and Harry Mallaghan as male ensemble covers.

Tickets are on sale now via www.aberdeenperformingarts.com, by phone on (01224) 641122, or in person at the His Majesty’s Theatre or Music Hall box offices.
