Glacier Energy Services has been awarded a framework agreement with National Grid for the supply of heat exchangers and supporting services.
The contract is a three year term with an optional extension period, with a proposed workscope including the design and supply of shell and tube heat exchangers as well as all supporting services.
This agreement is driven by new build and refurbishment activities of above ground installations along 6800 km of high pressure gas transmission pipeline.
With a strong history typically within the Oil & Gas industry, this agreement demonstrates Glacier’s multi-sector capabilities and successful transition into new markets with their bundled service offering.
Glacier Energy Services MD Martin Kilmurry said, “This is great news for the team who have worked hard over the last year to understand the key drivers in other market sectors and ensure our technical and commercial offering drives the best value solutions for our customers. Our commitment to transparency, partnership, and service excellence will continue to lead our drive for new growth opportunities.”
