Haudagain Retail Park has been sold by Rhino Investment Management to a private investor for £2.7 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 8.7%.

Haudagain occupies a strategic, high profile location on Aberdeen’s trunk road network and is let to KFC, Carphone Warehouse, Maplin, American Golf and High Seat.

Osborne King and FG Burnett acted on behalf of Rhino Investment Management on the sale.

Dave McClure of Osborne King said “The quality of tenants and unexpired lease terms is an ideal combination for private investors and property companies.”

Dave Macleod of FG Burnett said “The majority of the tenants have traded from the development since it opened in 1999, testimony to the quality of the location at one of Aberdeen’s busiest road junctions.”
