Haudagain Retail Park sold in £2.7m deal

Haudagain Retail Park has been sold by Rhino Investment Management to a private investor for £2.7 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 8.7%.

Haudagain occupies a strategic, high profile location on Aberdeen’s trunk road network and is let to KFC, Carphone Warehouse, Maplin, American Golf and High Seat.
