Homebuyers considering a move can take advantage of a series of open weekends coming to five popular developments across the region, giving potential buyers the chance to view a variety of contemporary and flexible homes to settle down in and hear more about the tailored incentives available.

Cala Homes (North) is inviting individuals, couples, and families to visit their showhomes at the following developments without an appointment on select dates:

Saturday 31st and Sunday 1st February, 10am-5.30pm

Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th February, 10am-5.30pm

Cala’s team will be on hand to help homebuyers to make a move with a tailored collection of incentives which ensure the process is as smooth as possible for homebuyers. The incentives include Part Exchange, LBTT Contribution and Mortgage Pay and open weekend attendees will be about to find out more about which might be the best fit for them.

Each development offers a variety of homes suitable for all kinds of buyers, whether a working professional, a young family looking for room to grow, or those looking to downsize, and the showhomes have all been expertly designed by Eileen Kesson of Envision Interior Design and carefully curated to appeal to different purchasers.

Prospective buyers will find spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, family bathrooms and en suites, and plenty of storage throughout the homes, with standout showhomes including the recently opened Garvie at Conglass Brae in Inverurie, plus a couple of showhomes which are the last opportunity to purchase that housetype at the development, including the Macrae at Burnland Meadows.

Showhomes include a number of items sourced from local suppliers as part of Cala’s Showhome of Support initiative, which will allow perspective buyers the chance to see the local businesses that can be found in the area.

Samantha Leckie, Marketing Manager at Cala Homes (North), said: “For anyone who is considering moving home but would like to find out more about their options, our series of open weekends is the perfect chance to see our developments, the homes we have available and speak with our knowledgeable team.

“We have a wide variety of homes across fantastic locations which all have different benefits depending on different lifestyles. If 2026 is the year you want to put down new roots, our open weekends could be the kickstart you need to make it happen.

“No appointment is required and we look forward to welcoming visitors over the coming weeks.”

Knowledgeable Cala representatives will be available at each developments open weekend to answers any questions, discuss the benefits of buying new, and the incentives available to help purchase a Cala home. Select developments will also have a Mortgage Advisor on hand to provide no obligation, free expert advice.

Due to popularity, these open weekends could be the last chance to view Murtle Den Park, Burnland Meadows, and Craibstone Estate South, with the final homes remaining at each of these developments.
