Joe Boyle Ltd was delighted to see its client, Malcolm Allan Housebuilders Ltd, launch its new showhouse at the exclusive Treetops development, in Aberdeen’s West End on Springfield Road, last weekend.

The development sits within the grounds of the former Treetops Hotel, consisting of 44 large detached and semi-detached houses, with 33 apartments to follow.

“It’s amazing to be working on such a well-known development location. Everyone knew the Treetops Hotel, and to be able to retain the name within the address, and the setting, will retain the history of the area for years to come,” said Joe Boyle.

“Adding to that, is the high quality, workmanship and specification you come to expect from Malcolm Allan. The large family homes definitely enhance the setting and location, sitting proud along Springfield Road.

“It’s been amazing working with Malcolm Allan Housebuilders and the team to create such a prestige development; rarely do you get the chance to work on, or have the chance to buy, a new build home in this location.”

The show home opened this weekend, the first in a number of new developments by Malcolm Allan, with housebuilding just started at Grandhome and a sales release coming soon.

Joe Boyle Ltd provide end-to-end project management and development support to landowners and developers.
