A heritable industrial warehouse situated besides Aberdeen International Airport is for sale at Acuitus’ February auction with a guide price of £1m-£1.1m.

THE 1.36 acre Freehold property comprises of an industrial unit with an attached single storey office building that is solely let to Applus UK until 2025. The occupiers are currently paying £195,000 annually in rent.

John Mehtab of Acuitus comments: “Aberdeen has always been a centre of economic and business interests in Scotland, and we can expect significant investor interest in such a well located industrial asset. The Acuitus auction will take place on Thursday February 16th at 2pm and will be broadcast via livestream on the Acuitus website with bidding online, by telephone and by proxy.
