Innospection, an inspection provider for the oil and gas industry has acquired Advanced NDT Brazil, for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition sees Aberdeen headquartered, Innospection secure a physical presence in Brazil with their new office in Campos, Rio de Janeiro and will see them build on relationships and inspection contracts they already have in the region.

As part of the acquisition three members of staff will join Innospection, in addition to the owner of Advanced NDT Brazil, Dr Cesar Boynard, who has been appointed, Innospection Brazil Ltd Director.
