Almost 200 people from a range of industries attended the event at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC), which saw business leaders from the north-east give talks tailored to the area, followed by a live stream of Leadercast from Atlanta, Georgia in the United States, which was broadcast to more than 100,000 people around the world.

Ahead of the live stream, the morning session included local speakers as part of LeaderSight, a conference avenue for leaders to learn about cutting edge principles and concepts in leadership.

The north-east audience heard from industry leaders Jennifer Young, Chairman and Partner at Ledingham Chalmers, Ray Riddoch, Nexen UK MD & SVP Europe and Bob Keiller, Chairman, Scottish Enterprise and event hsot and Managing Director of Tree of Knowledge, Gavin Oates.

Mr Oates explained: “Having heard about Leadercast Live last year, I jumped at the chance to take part. This year’s speaker line up was full of hugely inspirational leaders, backed by a fantastic and varied audience that we were able to help think and learn differently, as part of a really special event.”

The collaborative approach of Total Perspectives and Leadercast aims to uncover the driving forces behind both teams and individuals with a shared purpose, to create a strong business environment with a focus on inclusion and inspirational leadership.
