The newly-renovated premises – previously known as Ness Horizons Business Centre – creates a platform for future growth and will allow the business to build upon recent achievements.

Launched in April 2018, CFN Solutions provides mobile, cloud based fixed-line telephony services and internet connectivity, while the firm is also a partner with a leading hosted telephony provider.

The family-run business, which has an additional operation in Banchory, offers customers access to the three main mobile network operators – O2, Vodafone and EE – through a single bill solution that gives complete freedom and flexibility within your organisation.

Ian MacIntosh has more than 15 years’ experience in IT and communications through an extensive career in sales and business growth positions.

Commenting on the office move, he said: “I spent a great deal of time in the Highlands growing up and still have a large family in the area. It’s somewhere that I’ve always felt a close affinity with and that hasn’t changed in my business life.

“Since establishing CFN Solutions, we’ve been delighted by the response from customers to our no-nonsense business approach where we aim to bring back the human experience through relationship-building and proactive account management.

“The new office at IVtwo adds fresh impetus to the company and will play a vital role in helping us achieve our growth objectives for the months and years ahead, including providing business-critical systems and solutions for our growing client base in the Highlands.”

Mary MacLean, office manager at IVtwo, added: “We’re extremely pleased to welcome Ian and CFN Solutions to our growing community at IVtwo which will create new business opportunities for fellow clients. We have already developed a brilliant working relationship and I look forward to supporting the business on its journey as it looks to further develop its customer base in the Highlands.”

CFN Solutions has secured several new clients in the past few months throughout Inverness, Aviemore, Dingwall, Aberdeen, and Aberdeenshire across multiple industry sectors including oil and gas, construction, recruitment, retail and charity.

The company has worked with local mental healthcare provider, Birchwood Highland, to deliver mobile communications services and support. It has between 70 and 100 users – covering operations in Inverness, Fort William, Easter Ross, and Caithness – that require good quality network coverage whilst out visiting clients both on-site and in the community.

David Brookfield, head of finance and IT at Birchwood Highland, said: “When we first approached CFN Solutions we were impressed by their clear and concise response and how Ian understood exactly what we were looking for. He is very quick to resolve any problems that arise and, no matter what the issue is, it’s never too much trouble.

“For instance, we had a problem with our network and Ian dealt with it in no time at all. His approach is a breath of fresh air compared to experiences we’ve had in the past and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to other business contacts.”
