The company has a diverse range of customers across industrial sectors including nuclear, oil & gas, distribution & logistics, manufacturing and food & beverage.

Andrew Mills, ITI chief executive officer, said: “We’re very pleased and excited to welcome Saker Solutions to our company.

“We are accelerating our growth in digital operations and the acquisition of Saker will enable us to provide even greater support and services to our customers operating critical national infrastructure.”

Saker Solutions produce digital twins, which are virtual models of real-life assets that can be used to monitor and evaluate performance, and then orchestrate operational improvements.  They also provide simulation analytics which combine digital twins with past experience data to predict future outcomes and inform business decisions.

Shane Kite, Managing Director of Saker Solutions, said: “I’m extremely proud of everything Saker has achieved over the last 17 years; joining forces with ITI is only going to help us achieve more.

“We’re still going to be operating as usual, but this exciting development creates opportunities for us to expand our service and technology offering to deliver even more innovative solutions to support our clients.  Our products and services complement what ITI provides, and we can’t wait to combine the companies to further transform our clients’ operations and enhance the future of industry.”
