This managed partnership agreement will deliver 21,629 sq. ft of brand-new office space in a high quality, pavilion-style office building in a prime location.
The addition of IWG’s latest location in Aberdeen comes on the heels of the business posting its highest ever half year revenue and achieving rapid network growth with 400 locations added to its global in the first 6 months of the year. This unprecedented demand from companies of all sizes and workers looking for hybrid working solutions means IWG will add 1,000 new locations over the course of the next year.

With explosive market growth as companies of all sizes adopt hybrid working for the long-term, it is predicted that 30% of all commercial real estate will be flexible workspace by 2030. Westhill is a suburban town which is located just 7 miles west of Aberdeen city centre and has a local population of just over 12,000 people, providing excellent transportation links to Aberdeen’s city centre. As the third largest city in Scotland, Aberdeen is a key business hub for the country, and an important location for the energy and the sub-sea business sectors in the UK.
The new Regus location, located in prime position on Westpoint Business Park, will provide high-quality facilities including private offices and meeting rooms, and will be IWG’s third location in the area, which already boasts one Regus and one Spaces branded centre. The site is expected to open in Q4 2023.
