The move continues the trend of major retailers already trading in the city opting to relocate to Bon Accord.

The centre has attracted four new lettings in the past two months, with Jack Wills relocating from other premises in the city centre. Together with Subway who are choosing Bon Accord to open an additional unit in the city.

Both Deichmann and Elegance Hair & Beauty will be opening stores in Aberdeen for the first time having prioritised Bon Accord over other city centre locations for their new premises.

These moves to Bon Accord reflect the consistently strong customer footfall at the centre: Bon Accord consistently outperforms national averages for customer footfall and the average footfall within Aberdeen itself.

All four new arrivals to Bon Accord have taken 10-year leases at Bon Accord, indicating real confidence in the long-term success of the thriving centre.

Caroline Bridge, Senior Asset Manager at landlord, Capreon, said, “We always want to guarantee Bon Accord has a diverse mix of quality shops for customers and this means ensuring the centre offers a range of top fashion retailers. The arrival of Jack Wills, together with the recent addition of Deichmann, further strengthens Bon Accord’s reputation as a destination for fashion retail and we are pleased to see that Jack Wills have followed Deichman, Subway and Elegance Hair and Beauty in making a ten-year commitment to the centre.”
