Accommodation specialist Aiken Group has appointed a key member of staff to its Aberdeen-based team.
David Underwood has joined the company in the role of engineering manager and brings to the job more than 30 years of experience in the modular business. This has been gained in a variety of settings with a range of well-known companies, including Labtech and Vertec, covering projects both in the UK and overseas in locations such as Russia, the US and the Middle East.

David’s industry knowledge in the design and manufacture of skids and tanks as well as cabins of all shapes and sizes, and multi-cabin builds is seen as being correctly in step with Aiken Group’s ongoing activities, particularly in the onshore accommodation sector.
Commenting on his appointment, David Underwood said: “I am very much looking forward to the challenges and possibilities this role will present and to being part of such a dynamic, diverse and forward-thinking organisation.”
