Kintore-based i-Protech, one of the North-east’s foremost specialist designers and installers of green energy solutions and electrical systems has been awarded ISO 9001 certification, the globally recognised standard for management systems.
The certification, which sets the benchmark for effective quality management by ensuring rigorous systems, processes and governance are in place, highlights i-Protech’s commitment to excellence.
Set up in 2015 by owner and Director Stuart Munro, i-Protech is a fully accredited provider and installer of solar panels, battery storage and EV chargers, as well as electrical, security, and fire systems, for domestic and commercial customers.
Stuart said: “This is a big year for i-Protech as we celebrate 10 years in business, so to be awarded ISO 9001:2015 accreditation is a fantastic achievement for the entire team. I’m very proud of all the hard work they have put in to make this happen.

The certification process involved an audit of i-Protech’s systems and processes by UKAS (UK Accreditation Service) to show that it has rigorous quality control measures as well as streamlined internal processes aimed at achieving quality, efficiency, and performance, and that the team is focused on customer satisfaction and delivering measurable outcomes.
