John Willox Kitchen Design Ltd of Ellon has won the title of ‘Best New Business’ in The Trades Awards – North Scotland 2017.
Judging for the category was based on entrants demonstrating a high level of business acumen, providing evidence of a robust business plan and good customer feedback amongst many other things.
With the number of tradespeople and businesses who registered an interest in entering the awards at the highest since the launch of the awards in 2012; The independent panel of 12 judges said they had been extremely impressed with the standard of entries.
The company is run by husband and wife team, John & Elaine Willox, along with their Showroom Manager Joanna Wishart, and opened the doors for business in January 2015.
Their vison was to create a warm and friendly showroom providing great quality kitchens and superb customer service regardless of budget, and today their business is thriving with over 60% of new customers arriving via word of mouth recommendations.
