Barney Crockett, The Lord Provost of Aberdeen, who officially opened the new showroom, said: “It’s fantastic to see that a household name like Wren is continuing to invest in the city, particularly in these challenging times.

“I’m delighted to officially open the new showroom and wish the Wren team continued success and a prosperous future at their new location in the city.”

The kitchen company also donated £500 to the Lord Provost’s Charitable Trust’s Covid-19 hardship fund.

Richard Brocklehurst, Wren Kitchens Aberdeen showroom manager, said: “We’re delighted with the success of our current showroom in Aberdeen at Boulevard Retail Park, however after 10 years we decided to relocate for enhanced connectivity in and out of the city.

“We’re excited to say that we’ve relaunched with a fantastic new look that offers a much more inspirational and interactive customer experience.”
