Mike Irvine, Partner at Montagu Evans comments, “No2 Castle Terrace was highly sought after from day one.

“These kind of finishes sets the property apart from other available office space whilst also encouraging the use of Edinburgh’s fantastic public transport links. The building creates a space that suits occupier’s needs within the current market and the success of these leases has reiterated the need for such a development”

Howard Crawshaw, Director at Knight Property Group comments, “We’re delighted that Michael Page and Wipro Digital have chosen No2 Castle Terrace for their Edinburgh office.

“Having companies of their stature choose a Knight Property Group building in the heart of Edinburgh is a testament to the high-quality finish of the building and highlights there was a need for this size and quality of office space within the City Centre.”

JLL and Montagu Evans are the joint letting agents for the development and SJS Property Services were the main contractor who carried out the construction works.
