With Knight Frank already secured prior to the completion of No2’s refurbishment, the property experts will be joined by recruitment giant Michael Page and Wipro Digital, a unit of global information technology company, Wipro.

Acquired in 2015, No2 Castle Terrace underwent significant refurbishment, enhancing the quality of internal space and common parts. The building features brand new mechanical and electrical installations throughout along with the inclusion of a bike lift, cycle store facilities, and new showers and changing facilities.

Global recruitment company Michael Page have signed a 10 year agreement on a 2,958 sq. ft. space on the second floor.

Similarly, Wipro Digital have also signed a 10 year lease within the West End property. Their tenancy comprises the third and fourth floor offices, totaling 5,058 sq. ft. of the 10,963-sq. ft. building and making them No2’s largest tenant.

Mike Irvine, Partner at Montagu Evans comments, “No2 Castle Terrace was highly sought after from day one.

“These kind of finishes sets the property apart from other available office space whilst also encouraging the use of Edinburgh’s fantastic public transport links. The building creates a space that suits occupier’s needs within the current market and the success of these leases has reiterated the need for such a development”

Howard Crawshaw, Director at Knight Property Group comments, “We’re delighted that Michael Page and Wipro Digital have chosen No2 Castle Terrace for their Edinburgh office.

“Having companies of their stature choose a Knight Property Group building in the heart of Edinburgh is a testament to the high-quality finish of the building and highlights there was a need for this size and quality of office space within the City Centre.”

JLL and Montagu Evans are the joint letting agents for the development and SJS Property Services were the main contractor who carried out the construction works.
