Led by husband and wife team Andrew and Becca Ferguson, Vero will specialise in sourcing mid to senior level accountancy professionals for both permanent positions and interim assignments. Offering an exclusive partnership model and a unique low volume approach, Vero has been designed to offer clients and candidates unrivalled levels of care and attention.

Commenting on the launch, Andrew commented “Becca and I are delighted to announce the launch of Vero. We’ve been deeply privileged during the past 12 years to help accountants in Aberdeen with their careers, helping to secure over 1200 of them new jobs. Vero combines everything that we value in recruitment – great relationships, bespoke processes, trust and transparency”.
After meeting at a local recruitment firm in 2007, Andrew and Becca have worked together for ten of the past 12 years. During this period, they have helped to launch the Aberdeen office of a national firm, in addition to spearheading the growth of several local businesses.
Becca commented “After working apart for a couple of years and then becoming parents for the first time in 2018, Andrew and I took some time out to reflect on what we wanted out of life. It became clear during our break that we really missed working together, and that recruitment remained our passion.
