Sam reflected on his rapid expansion since March 2023. He commented: “Due to high demand, we’ve had to grow quickly to a fleet of three vans, and my aim is to continue to grow the company. Creating jobs in the local area and building an agile team of motivated employees who provide the best customer experience possible.”

“My partner Sarah and I have just started a family, we have a 7-month-old baby girl born in March, so I’m thrilled to have been able to grow my business so quickly. I also have my mum working in customer service with us and my stepdad as a local engineer.”

“One of the things I most enjoy about the services we provide is customer satisfaction, being able to provide a solution to an emergency problem, and seeing all the amazing feedback that we get about our team.”

“Operating in Aberdeen and across North Scotland, some of the locations we attend are beautiful with coastlines, lochs, glens, private estates, and even castles!”

Covering a wide area, whether it’s a quick fix or one that requires a more complex solution, Sam and his team offer a wide range of drainage services for both residential and commercial customers.

“Our engineers have fully equipped vans capable of unblocking, inspecting, root cutting, descaling and repairing drain defects on the first visit for residential properties.

“We also offer commercial specific services, such as planned preventative maintenance, including gutter clearing, grease trap servicing, urinal descaling and hydroscrub cleaning of drains.”

Sam and his team are available 24/7, 365 days a year, to quickly come to the rescue of homes and businesses in need of a drainage hero.
