Aberdeen-based telecoms specialist DF Communications has been named a finalist in the 2025 Comms National Awards, organised by Comms Dealer and sponsored by Giacom.

The company is shortlisted in the Best SME Contact Centre Customer Solution category, with winners to be announced at a ceremony in London next month.

The recognition marks another milestone for DF Communications, which has been a cornerstone of Aberdeen’s business community for almost 40 years. Founded in 1976, the family-run company has built its reputation on delivering customer-focused, tailored telecoms solutions to businesses across the North-east of Scotland. Its services include business mobiles, business internet, connectivity, and unified communications, all backed by responsive support and a highly experienced team.

This is not the company’s first recognition on the national stage. DF Communications has previously won two Comms National Awards including an award for Best Enterprise Unified Communications Solution, and has also previously been recognised by the Northern Star Business Awards for their outstanding Customer Service.

Managing director Fiona Fraser commented: “We’re thrilled to be named a finalist in the Comms National Awards. This recognition is a real testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, who consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service for our customers. We’re proud to be representing Aberdeen on the national stage and showcasing the outstanding talent and commitment within our business.”

The Comms National Awards ceremony will take place in London on 25 September 2025, bringing together the UK’s top-performing telecoms providers to celebrate excellence and innovation across the industry.
