‘Lost in Food’ makes final of national blogging awards

Inverurie based food blogging duo, Lesley Garden and Michelle Rolfe have been announced as a finalist in the prestigious 2018 Brilliance in Blogging Awards (The BiBs) in the Food Category.

Their blog, ‘LOST IN FOOD’ is a food blog about quality food cooked at home, appealing to those that love to cook at home, appreciate good food and want to expand their kitchen skills.

More than 50,000 votes were cast across 11 categories for the awards which are organised by BritMums. BritMums is the UK’s largest and most influential network of Lifestyle Bloggers and Social Influencers. The BiB Award Winners will be announced during a Twitter chat on 12th October 2018.

Lesley and Michelle started the blog in May 2014. They enjoy showcasing the great local produce available on their doorstep by highlighting local producers within Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire. As well as promoting their favourite local restaurants to followers through their social media channels.

Lesley and Michelle, creators of Lost in Food said: “We are thrilled to have reached the finals of the BiB’s 2018, we put a lot of our passion for food into our recipes and photography to try and encourage others to cook and not be scared to try new dishes in the kitchen.”
