The latest version of the software features many enhancements to key workflows plus advanced and innovative new technologies that make IP v4.3 the complete well data interpretation package for multi-user, multi-well and multi-discipline.

The multi-user functionality offers safe and secure data connectivity through multi-user access (MUA), allowing for effective collaboration and fast decision making, while many of the IP workflows have been enhanced to have multi-well capability including a major upgrade to the Mineral Solver module. Users can now work on mineral solver analysis across multiple wells simultaneously, resulting in more consistent and accurate results.

The latest version of the software also provides major new multi-discipline tools and workflows for geomechanics and geosteering specialists. This complements established workflows already in place for geologists, engineers and petrophysicists.

Other major enhancements include:

· A comprehensive acoustic waveform processing module that allows users to semblance process raw waveforms.
· A wellbore stability module ensures safe drilling mud weight predication to avoid wellbore instability and failure.
· A hydraulic flow units module which categorises reservoir rock based on flow potential.
· Domain transfer analysis (DTA) which utilises a new non-linear differential equation solver for predicting log curves.

Along with these new modules comes a host of enhancements including new to the industry use of a 3D self-organising maps SOM for rock typing.

IP v4.3 connects to LR Senergy’s cutting-edge ODMTM (Oilfield Data Manager) software to provide a comprehensive subsurface interpretation suite.
