AWARD-winning north-east housebuilder Malcolm Allan has announced the release of a new collection of 1 and 2-bedroom bungalows at its Lochter development in Inverurie.
This latest release will consist of eight 2-bed Elphinstone 2 homes available to reserve now, which come with a garage as well as four Elphinstone 1 bungalows which will be released shortly. The Elphinstone 2 will be priced at £250,000.
