Red Stag Materials, a leading supplier of innovative road maintenance products, has successfully completed its third shipment of EZ Street Asphalt to a key customer in Hong Kong.

This milestone shipment marks another step in the company’s expanding global footprint as it works with international partners to deliver sustainable road repair solutions.

EZ Street Asphalt, manufactured in Aberdeenshire, is one of the only carbon-neutral pothole repair products in the UK. The product has gained significant attention worldwide for its environmental credentials and ease of use. In Hong Kong, it is being used by a large contractor responsible for highway repairs and maintenance on behalf of the government.

In addition to the shipments to Hong Kong, Red Stag Materials has recently completed exports to the Middle East, Africa, and various European destinations, further establishing its presence in global markets. A portion of the sales in the Middle East and Africa has been connected to the oil and gas sectors, where the product’s durability and versatility have proven particularly valuable.

As part of its ongoing growth strategy, Red Stag Materials is actively seeking partners to develop further export opportunities and expand the reach of EZ Street Asphalt and its other road maintenance products.

Since its inception in 2018, Red Stag Materials has grown significantly, introducing EZ Street Asphalt to the UK market and expanding its product offerings to include a comprehensive range of road maintenance and utility products.

Grant Shewan, managing director of Red Stag Materials, said: “We are delighted to continue working with our customers in overseas territories. Our third shipment to Hong Kong reflects the increasing demand for sustainable and effective road repair solutions worldwide. We look forward to continuing this momentum and growing our export business further in 2025.”
