Family-run Little Belmont Street institution marketed by Christie & Co with offers over £500,000

One of Aberdeen’s best-known family restaurants, Poldino’s Ristorante, has been brought to market nearly five decades after first opening its doors. The Little Belmont Street venue—established in 1977 by Linda and Leo Godini and later run by their son, Lee—is being sold by Christie & Co with a guide price of offers over £500,000.

The 90-cover Italian restaurant spans two floors, with seating for around 70 on the ground level and 20 on the first floor. The sale includes a fully fitted commercial kitchen and all fixtures and fittings, with the agent highlighting scope for a future takeaway offer. Poldino’s currently trades Tuesday to Saturday and has cultivated a loyal following, reflected in strong online reviews and repeat custom.

Christie & Co describes the business as occupying a prime city-centre location and enjoying a “stellar reputation”. Over the years, Poldino’s has become a staple of Aberdeen’s dining scene, known for classic Italian dishes served in a cosy, traditionally styled setting.

Interested parties are invited to contact Christie & Co for further details.
