The North of Scotland wedding industry is celebrating after the finalists were announced for the Top Tier Awards.

Aberdeen based events, entertainment and exhibition providers Elite Promotions hosted the awards for the first time in 2017 and even allowing for ‘covid years’ they have gradually grown to be highly popular and respected.

John Anderson a partner with Elite said “From the day we first announced the awards we have had fantastic and positive support from the industry. For a wedding to be a success lots of suppliers from large multi national venues to small local ‘solo’ suppliers need to work together. They all add their individual skills and ideas to achieve the desired result.  The Top Tier do not ask brides and grooms who they used, only the top three suppliers who went the extra mile to ensure a successful day. As a result, every single vote is a recommendation for the high level of service they provided.

This week we announced the finalists in twenty categories including wedding venue, photographer, videographer, room décor, bridal wear etc for 2024. Our awards ceremony will take place on 23rd February at Ardoe House Hotel in Aberdeen when the winners will be announced. This unique event has proved to be very popular as there will be over one hundred wedding related businesses represented  in the same room, all enjoying a social event. Places went on sale this week and 250 were booked on the first day! It therefore looks certain to be a sell out for the fourth consecutive year!”
